The workout is split into three circuits, with each circuit consisting of four different exercises that are performed for 40 seconds each, followed by 20 seconds of rest. The exercises are designed to work different muscle groups, including legs, arms, core, and glutes, ensuring a complete full body workout. This workout is designed to be challenging, but also fun and rewarding.
